Never an Off Year shirts close Wednesday

Never an Off-Year Shirts

Hey gang – just a quick one on Reunions (Registration, T-shirts, housing), a reminder on the NYC event this week, and some upcoming events later this spring!

Reunions Registration

Registration is OPEN. You can sign up here for you and a guest. Registration is free, so you might as well just come on out!

NEVER AN OFF YEAR T-Shirts

Our “NEVER AN OFF YEAR” T-shirts are fantastic, and available here. We’re taking orders for just a couple more days, so get these done before your taxes so that you can have some peace of mind. We purposely didn’t put our class year on it, so feel free to share with friends in other classes.

Housing

We get a very, very, VERY small allotment of beds for Reunions this year. I’ve been contacted by a few of you already, but I want to make sure everyone has a chance to indicate their interest. We need to let the University know in the next week or so, so email me by Thursday, and I’ll let you know by the weekend.

Princeton NYC - THURSDAY

A reminder – If you’re in NYC this week, Princeton is hosting a gathering with President Eisgruber on THURSDAY to celebrate the success of the Venture Forward campaign and discuss what’s next for Princeton. We’ll meet up at the Marriott Marquis for a welcome reception, then a conversation led by Board Chair, Louise Sams ’79, then a closing reception at 8:00pm…should be a great time for all of us in the New York area to get together in some roaring Orange and Black! Registration is still open, do it!

Other Upcoming Events

Princeton Club of Chicago 150th

On April 27th, from 5:30 to 9:00pm, we will celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Princeton Club of Chicago at their annual dinner at the City Hall/Recess venue in the West Loop. With an opening reception for mingling, conversation, and dinner, the highlight of the night will be a fascinating conversation between ’00s VERY OWN Candace Jackson-Akiwumi ’00, Federal Judge for the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and Ed Felsenthal ’88, Executive Chair and former CEO of Time Magazine. Get your tickets now!

Tigerside Chats - Princeton Quantum Initiative

On May 5 at 4:30pm ET, our own Andrew Houck ’00 and Nathalie de Leon are going to discuss the Princeton Quantum Initiative, which is pushing the boundaries of discovery around quantum information. Registration is now open…click here

Finally – I mentioned this before, but we are hoping to keep the momentum going after Reunions and would like to host several regional gatherings over the next couple of years. A couple of you have reached out, and…we’re on. If you’re also interested in potentially getting involved, I want to stress that A) we’d love to have you and B) we would like to make this as easy as possible. Let us know if you want to get involved!
